certainly give you an attractive paycheck, but it may make you unattractive
physically. According to 2010 CareerBuilder survey covering over 4800 working
Americans, about 44 percent say they gained weight during their jobs.
Sitting at the desk the whole day,
stress, and eating out regularly were found to be the key factors of bigger
waistlines.
It can lead to tightness in the neck,
shoulders, and back. This may trigger spinal injury, fatigue, headaches,
cervical pain, spondylitis, and lack of mobility. This is the modern
occupational hazard.
Keeping yourselves fit on job requires
no treadmill task or gym sessions. Just some small changes in the way you work
at office can make a huge difference in your weight and overall physical
health.
Good flexibility increases
productivity, as it increases your concentration. When your body is flexible,
muscles of the body relax and lengthen and the joints function well with a
complete range of movement. This improves your posture and breathing pattern.
This, in turn, increases your lung capacity, which transports more oxygen-rich
blood to the brain, keeping you alert and creative throughout the day.

fatigue. It helps you sit straight and in the right posture.
Every two hours, do some neck and
shoulder exercises. Move your hands, legs, and simply shake a bit to brush off
the fatigue and keep yourself refreshed and mobile.
